When do you need a 2B pencil?
Use a 2B pencil when you want to write or draw more softly and darker than with a standard HB pencil. The 2B grade is ideal for sketching, shading in drawings, or when you want a more pronounced line on paper. The softer graphite lead gives you a richer, darker stroke that stands out well.

Why choose the triangular shape?
The triangular shape of this Maped pencil ensures a natural, relaxed grip while writing or drawing. Your fingers automatically fall into the right position, so you're less likely to cramp during prolonged use. This shape also won't roll off your desk, which is handy while you work.

Strong graphite lead that doesn't break easily
This pencil has a break-resistant graphite lead of 2.2 mm thickness, so you'll have fewer problems with breaking points during use. The lead is sturdier than that of many other pencils, meaning you can keep working for longer without having to sharpen. The coloured end also helps you quickly recognise the correct grade.

Handy value pack for intensive use
With 12 pencils in one pack, you have plenty of stock for longer projects or for use in a group. The black-and-orange lacquer makes the pencils easy to identify and gives them a professional look. Perfect for anyone who draws, sketches or simply does a lot of writing on a regular basis.
