When do you choose this product?
What is squeegee art and when should you choose it?
Squeegee art is a creative technique in which you pull acrylic paint across paper with a squeegee to create unique patterns and effects. You don't need any drawing talent - by scraping paint away, interesting colour transitions and textures develop naturally. This technique is ideal for beginners who want to experiment with paint, or for advanced artists looking for new effects.
Why choose this complete starter set?
This set contains everything you need to start straight away: 6 acrylic colours of 25 ml, a squeegee, 10 sheets of acrylic paper and a permanent marker with a fine tip. You don't need to buy any separate items. The colours medium yellow, cherry red, magenta, violet, cyan and juicy green have been deliberately chosen to offer a broad colour spectrum with which you can create countless mixes.
Perfect size for experiments
The acrylic paper measures 135 x 135 mm, a convenient working size for squeegee art. This square format gives you enough space to try out different techniques without using large amounts of paint straight away. With 10 sheets, you can experiment extensively before you need new paper.
Practical tip for the best result
Start with small amounts of paint on your paper and use the squeegee at different angles and levels of pressure. You can use the permanent marker to add details or to sign your work. Store the colours well sealed - the 25 ml tubes contain enough paint for several artworks if you use them sparingly.
