What does Marabu Decormatt acrylic paint do?

This water-based acrylic paint is intended for creative projects where you want a matt, satin-like finish. Use it when you want to paint various materials and are aiming for a professional result that is resistant to weather and light.

Why choose the ivory variant?

Ivory is a versatile base colour that you can use as a neutral background or as a standalone colour for elegant projects. This 50 ml glass jar contains enough paint for medium-sized creative work, while the glass packaging ensures the paint stays in good condition longer than in plastic containers.

Very good coverage and durability

The paint has very good covering power, which means you will usually achieve an even result with a single coat. Thanks to its weather-resistant and lightfast properties, your work will stay beautiful outdoors too, without colours fading or the paint flaking off. In addition, the paint is saliva-proof, which is important for toys or children's furniture.

Practical applications

You can use this paint on paper, cardboard, wood, self-hardening modelling clay, polystyrene foam, metal, clay, stone, glass, foam rubber and plastic. Because it is mixable, you can easily create new shades by combining different pots. Do note that for smooth surfaces such as glass, you should first lightly roughen the surface for better adhesion.
