This textile paint covers beautifully on dark fabrics and stays put after washing. Fix the result with an iron, ideal for personalising clothing!
When do you choose this product?
What is textile paint and when do you use it?
You use textile paint to give fabrics a permanent colour or to apply creative designs to textiles. This paint is specially developed for fabric painting and fabric printing, so you can personalise or repair clothing, bags, cushions or other textile products.
Why this variant is ideal for dark fabrics
This Marabu textile paint is opaque, which means the medium yellow colour also shows up clearly on dark backgrounds. Where many paints disappear against black or dark blue fabrics, the opaque formula ensures your colour stands out and stays vibrant.
Practical benefits of the water-based formula
Because the base is water-based, the fabric keeps a soft feel after painting. Your textile therefore doesn't feel stiff or uncomfortable after painting. In addition, the paint is washable up to 40 degrees, so you can simply wash your painted items without the colour fading.
Simple fixing at home possible
After application, you fix the paint easily with an iron or in the oven. These household methods make the product accessible to everyone, without the need for professional equipment. The 50 ml glass packaging ensures good shelf life and prevents the paint from drying out.

Dex knows - user tips
Contains a fabric that may cause allergic skin reactions, so test the paint first on a small, inconspicuous piece of fabric before painting the full textile item. After application, let the paint dry thoroughly, then set it with an iron so that it becomes washable up to 40 °C.
