This is why Dex likes this article
Make beautiful tie-dye works of art without the fuss! This ready-to-use batik paint works straight from the bottle on light fabrics and stays beautiful after washing.
When do you choose this product?
What is batik paint and when do you need it?
Batik paint is used to colour textiles in the characteristic batik style, with distinctive patterns and colour gradients. You need this product when you want to give clothing, bags or other fabrics unique, handmade designs. This paint works specifically on light textile types.
Why choose ready-to-use batik paint from the bottle?
This Marabu batik paint comes straight out of the bottle ready to use, so you don't need to mix a dye bath or face long waiting times. You can get started on your batik project right away without complicated preparation. This makes the process far more accessible than traditional batik methods.
Washfastness and durability of the colours
The paint is washfast up to 40°C, which means you can simply machine wash your coloured textiles at this temperature. In addition, the paint is lightfast, so the colours won't fade from sunlight or prolonged exposure to light. The product is odourless, which makes for pleasant working.
Practical tip for the best results
Use this batik paint only on helle textilien (light fabrics) for the best colour result. Dark fabrics absorb the colours less well. Make sure your textile is clean and dry before you start batiking. After colouring, wash the textile separately the first time to remove any loose paint particles.

May cause an allergic reaction in sensitive skin — test the paint on a small piece of fabric first before tackling the entire project.
