Handy ice cube mould for your break room or office drinks. The large balls keep drinks cool for longer, and thanks to the flexible silicone you can pop them out with ease. Dishwasher-safe, so they're quick to clean and ready for the next round.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sphere ice mould?
This silicone ice ball mould is ideal when you want to chill your drinks in a stylish way. Instead of regular ice cubes, this mould makes perfect ice spheres that melt more slowly than traditional cubes. This is especially useful for whisky, cocktails or other drinks where you don't want to dilute the flavour.
Why choose 45 mm ice balls?
The diameter of 45 mm ensures the ice balls are large enough to keep your drink effectively cold without melting quickly. This size fits perfectly in standard whisky and cocktail glasses. Because of the larger surface area relative to volume, the ice balls stay intact for longer, so your drink cools gradually without becoming watery.
The advantage of silicone material
Silicone offers the great advantage that you can easily remove the ice balls from the mould without breaking them. The flexible material lets you carefully turn the mould over and squeeze it, so you always get smooth, round ice balls. Moreover, silicone withstands freezing temperatures without cracking or discolouring.
Practical usage tips
With the compact dimensions of 120 x 120 x 50 mm, this mould easily fits in your freezer. After use, you can simply place the mould in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Fill the mould with filtered water for the clearest ice balls, and let them freeze for at least 4 hours for the best result.
