When do you need an industrial dirt-trapping mat?
You use a dirt-trapping mat such as the miltex EAZYCARE STYLE when you want to protect work areas against dirt, oil and other liquids. This mat has been specially developed for industrial environments where a lot of contamination occurs and where fire safety is important. The mat effectively traps dirt before it can damage your floors or create slippery surfaces.

Why choose this large size?
With dimensions of 3000×850 mm, this mat covers a substantial area in one go. This size is ideal for long corridors, workbenches or areas where machines regularly leak oil or other liquids. You have fewer seams and transitions than with smaller mats, which provides better protection and a more professional appearance.

Oil resistance and anti-static properties
This mat offers two crucial features for industrial applications: oil resistance and anti-static properties. Thanks to its oil-resistant quality, the mat remains functional even when in contact with hydraulic fluids or lubricating oils. The anti-static properties prevent static electricity, which is essential in environments where sparks can be dangerous.

Practical tip for placement
When placing the mat, pay attention to the nitrile rubber backing, which ensures good grip on the surface. Due to its weight of 3.2 kg per square metre, the mat stays firmly in place without additional fixing. The 13 mm thickness provides sufficient cushioning for standing work, but make sure doors can still open freely over the mat.
