When do you need a professional dirt-trapping mat?

This dirt-trapping mat has been specially developed for indoor areas where a lot of dirt, moisture and oil are brought in on shoe soles. You place it strategically at entrances, workstations or through-traffic zones where an ordinary mat falls short. The 100% Econyl material with a nitrile rubber underside ensures that the mat retains its function, even under intensive use.

Why choose this size of 1150×1800 mm?

With these dimensions you cover a considerable area, so that several people can use the mat at the same time or you can fully shield a wide passageway. The mat is large enough to effectively catch dirt before it spreads further into your building, yet still practical to handle for cleaning and maintenance.

The strength of 8 mm thickness with special properties

The 8 mm thickness provides a sturdy, durable base that does not easily sag under heavy loads. Thanks to the carbon fibres in the material, the mat is antistatic, which prevents static discharges. In addition, it is oil-resistant and UV-resistant, so it retains its properties even when exposed to chemicals or sunlight through windows.

Practical placement tip for optimal results

Place the mat on a clean, dry surface for maximum anti-slip performance of the nitrile rubber underside. Make sure the mat lies completely flat, without creases or folded corners. For the best cleaning, you can periodically shake out the mat or treat it with a high-pressure cleaner, thanks to the robust Econyl material.
