When should you choose a rectangular planter?
The Orthex Botanica planter is designed for growing plants in places where you have no access to open ground. This rectangular 800×200×170 mm planter offers enough space for herbs, small vegetables or flowers on balconies, terraces or indoors. With its compact depth of 200 mm, it fits perfectly along window ledges or narrow outdoor spaces.

Why choose this elongated shape?
The 800×200 mm format makes this planter ideal for creating green borders along walls, fences or balcony edges. You can place several plants side by side without them taking up too much space. The height of 170 mm gives the roots sufficient room to grow for most balcony plants and herbs.

Sustainable recycled plastic material
This planter is made entirely from recycled PP plastic, so you make an eco-conscious choice without compromising on quality. The plastic material is weather-resistant and keeps its black colour for a long time. This means you can leave the planter outdoors all year round without it fading or cracking.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always ensure good drainage by making holes in the base if there are none yet. Fill a third of the planter with hydrogranulate or pebbles before adding potting compost. This prevents waterlogging and promotes healthy root growth in your plants.
