This Epoque flower pot instantly gives your office or terrace a green, well-kept look. Made entirely from recycled plastic, so you make an eco-conscious choice without compromising on sturdiness. The sleek black design suits almost any interior.
When do you choose this product?
When should you choose a flowerpot of this size?
A flowerpot measuring 470 x 470 x 370 mm is ideal for medium to large plants that need room to grow. This size is perfect for plants with an extensive root system or when you want to place several smaller plants together. The pot provides enough growing space for both indoor and outdoor plants.
Why choose recycled plastic?
This Orthex flowerpot is made from recycled PP plastic, so you're making a sustainable choice for your garden or interior. Recycled plastic has the same strength and durability as new material, but places less strain on the environment. The material is also lightweight compared to ceramic or terracotta, making it easier to move.
Practical benefits of PP plastic
PP (polypropylene) plastic is particularly suitable for flowerpots because it is weather-resistant and won't crack in frost. The material holds its shape well and discolours less quickly than other types of plastic. The black colour is timeless and suits almost any garden style or interior.
Tip for optimal use
Place drainage material such as hydrogranulate or gravel in the bottom of the pot for good water drainage. With its 47 x 47 cm size, this pot fits perfectly on standard plant trolleys or saucers. Make sure you use potting compost suitable for the type of plant you want to grow, as the large volume of this pot requires more soil than smaller ones.
