What does this product do?
A saucer for plants is essential when you want to protect your flower pots against water damage and keep your furniture intact. This Orthex plant saucer catches excess watering water and prevents it from ending up on your desk, windowsill or floor. You need this for all the plants you keep indoors, especially in places where water damage could be costly.

Why this diameter of 280 mm?
With a diameter of 280 mm, this saucer is suitable for medium to large flower pots. The size offers enough surface area for pots that are slightly smaller, giving you a stable base without the saucer protruding beneath the pot. You choose this size when your flower pots are too large for standard saucers.

Made sustainably from recycled material
This saucer is manufactured from PP plastic with a proportion of recycled material, which means you are choosing an environmentally friendly alternative. The recycled material offers the same sturdiness and waterproofness as new plastic, but with a smaller ecological footprint. The black colour conceals any discolouration caused by minerals in the water well.

Practical tip for optimal use
Make sure your flower pot is smaller than the 280 mm diameter for a good fit. The saucer has a height of 50 mm, which provides enough room to catch water without it overflowing quickly. Always place the saucer on a stable, level surface and regularly check whether there is water in it that you can pour away.
