What do document sleeves do, and when do you need them?
Transparent document sleeves protect important papers against dirt, moisture and wear while keeping the contents clearly legible. Use them to store contracts, certificates, manuals or other documents that you consult regularly but still want to protect.

Why choose colour-coded assorted sleeves?
This set contains 10 sleeves in different colours: blue, yellow, red, violet and green. By using different colours, you can categorise documents and find the right one at a glance. This makes your filing system clearer than with transparent sleeves without colour coding.

0.15 mm PVC thickness for everyday use
The 0.15 mm PVC material offers a good balance between flexibility and protection. This thickness is sturdy enough to protect documents against normal wear, yet supple enough to store easily in folders or archive boxes. The transparent base ensures that text remains easy to read.

Practical tip for optimal use
The A4 size fits standard documents perfectly and most ring binders and filing systems. Develop a colour system that suits your way of working, for example red for urgent documents, green for approved papers and blue for drafts. Slide documents carefully into the sleeves to prevent creases, and store them upright for the best accessibility.
