When do you need a sturdy document folder?
A corrugated cardboard document folder is used for organising and storing loose documents, reports and files. This Oxford folder is ideal when you regularly need access to your papers but still want to keep them structured. The grey cardboard offers sufficient protection against dust and light damage.

Why choose these compact dimensions?
With dimensions of 340×90×255 mm, this folder fits perfectly in standard office cabinets and filing racks. The width of 34 cm comfortably accommodates A4 documents, while the depth of 9 cm provides room for a considerable amount of paperwork without the folder becoming too heavy to handle.

The advantage of the Verschlussklappe
The folder comes with a Verschlussklappe that keeps your documents securely in place. This prevents papers from falling out during transport or when moving the folder. The corrugated cardboard material makes the folder sturdy enough for daily use, yet light enough for easy handling.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
This Oxford folder is delivered pre-assembled, so you can use it straight away without any assembly. Store the folder upright in your cabinet or rack for the best accessibility. Label the spine clearly so you can quickly find the right file among other folders.
