When do you need elastic folders?
Elastic folders are ideal for temporarily storing loose documents without punching them. You use them when you need to be able to add or remove papers quickly, such as with project files, meeting documents or working documents that are consulted regularly.

Why choose this A4 format?
These Oxford folders are perfectly suited to standard A4 documents measuring 240 x 320 mm. The A4 format fits all common filing systems and desk drawers, so you can easily integrate them into your existing office organisation.

Practical colour-coding system
The set contains 20 folders in four colours: purple, light blue, light green and light yellow. This colour system helps you visually distinguish between different projects, departments or priorities. For example, you can assign a different subject to each colour, which considerably speeds up finding documents.

Durability and ease of use
With a thickness of 0.5 mm, these folders offer sufficient sturdiness for daily use without becoming unnecessarily heavy. Each folder has a labelling tab on which you can clearly note the contents. This prevents confusion and ensures that colleagues also know what is in each folder, even if they are not familiar with the colour-coding system.
