When do you need an A4 lever arch file?
A lever arch file is used for systematically storing documents such as contracts, invoices or reports. This A4 format is ideal for standard office paper and fits in any standard filing cabinet. With a spine width of 80 mm, you can organise a considerable amount of paperwork without the file becoming too heavy.

Why choose the bicolour version?
This Oxford myColour lever arch file has a white exterior combined with a purple interior, creating a professional look with a personal touch. The bicolour design makes it easy to visually distinguish different files in your filing system. The replaceable spine label also lets you clearly label the contents.

Lever mechanism for reliable use
The lever mechanism is the heart of this file and ensures documents stay firmly in place without being damaged. The pressure arm keeps papers in position when you open the file, preventing loose sheets from falling out. These mechanical parts are designed for frequent use in an office environment.

Practical details for daily use
The PP film coating on the outside protects against stains and wear, while the edge protectors and rado-ogen provide extra strength at the critical points. The grip hole in the spine makes the file easier to carry and pick up. This file holds approximately 570 sheets of A4 paper.
