For learning to write with plenty of room
This Oxford writing book is specially designed for children learning to write. The wide lines support the natural development of handwriting by providing ample space between the lines. The A5 format is ideal for school use and fits easily into school bags.

Why choose 16 sheets and this format
With 16 sheets you get a handy notebook that doesn't become too thick for small children's hands. The A5 format offers enough writing space without becoming unwieldy. Ruling 4 with wide line spacing is tailored to the motor development of beginning writers.

Recycled 90 gsm paper
The 90 gsm recycled paper ensures that ink doesn't bleed through to the reverse. The paper has a silk-gloss finish that writes pleasantly and improves the legibility of handwriting. By choosing recycled paper, you contribute to more environmentally friendly use of stationery.

Practical details for everyday use
The notebook has a sturdy cover that withstands intensive use at school. The labelling field on the front makes it easy to note down your name and subject. The supplied blotting paper prevents ink from bleeding through when you write with a fountain pen. The thread-sewn binding ensures that the notebook lies flat open while you write.
