What does a sorting folder do, and when do you need one?
A sorting folder helps you keep various documents organised without having to punch holes in them. You use this type of folder when you regularly need access to different categories of paperwork, such as project documents, invoices or correspondence that you want to keep separate.

Why choose a 7-compartment layout?
With seven compartments you have enough room to neatly separate different subjects without the folder becoming unwieldy. The compartments are numbered from 1 to 7 on the front, so you can see the layout at a glance and quickly find the right section.

Practical benefits of the coloured index
The coloured filing index makes it easy to flick quickly between the compartments. The different colours aid visual recognition, so you don't have to search for the right tab. This saves time when you regularly file or look up documents.

Security and compatibility
The two corner elastic bands keep your documents safely in place, even when you transport or store the folder. Measuring 240 x 320 mm, this folder is suitable for standard A4 documents. The cardboard material offers sufficient sturdiness for daily use without adding unnecessary weight to your workspace.
