When you want to sort A4 documents neatly
A 12-compartment sorting folder lets you keep different categories of documents separately within one handy folder. This is ideal for projects where you have several topics or phases, such as financial administration, different clients, or educational material you want to organise by compartment.

Why 12 compartments is the right choice
With 12 compartments you have enough room for extensive sorting without the folder becoming too thick. The coloured index makes it easy to find the right compartment quickly, saving time when retrieving documents. This number of compartments strikes the perfect balance between overview and practical manageability.

Expandable spine for growing contents
The expandable spine means the folder can grow along with the number of documents you store in it. The elastic cord keeps everything securely in place, even as the folder becomes fuller. The PP-film reinforced index therefore stays intact for longer, even with intensive use.

Label your compartments for maximum overview
The supplied coloured card dividers can be labelled to give each compartment a clear name. The dimensions (W)238 x (D)15 x (H)327 mm mean standard A4 documents fit perfectly. When labelling the dividers, use a clear pen so the text remains easy to read.
