When do you need a signing folder?
A signing folder is used to present important documents in an organised way for signature. This is essential for contracts, forms or other official papers that need to be signed by several people. The folder ensures that documents are neatly presented and prevents them from creasing or being damaged during the process.

Why choose this 20-pocket format?
With 20 pockets, this folder offers enough space for medium to large signing rounds. You can organise documents logically by person, department or document type. The A4 format fits standard Dutch documents perfectly, and the expandable spine grows with you as you add more papers.

Practical benefits of the grey interleaving sheets
The grey cardboard interleaving sheets with 3 viewing holes are a well-considered detail. They prevent ink from bleeding from one document onto another, which is especially important when using fountain pens or markers. The viewing holes let you see what lies underneath without having to lift the sheet.

Handy organisation with the transparent pocket
The transparent pocket on the front, in business card format, is ideal for storing an overview list, instructions or contact details. This way you always have the most important information to hand and everyone knows immediately what the folder is for. The dimensions of 240 x 25 x 350 mm make the folder compact enough for transport yet large enough for A4 documents.
