When do you need a folder with compartments?
A folder with compartments is useful when you want to keep different documents organised without them getting mixed up. This PAGNA folder has 7 numbered compartments, so you can sort by month, by project or by category, for example. The cardboard material makes the folder sturdy enough for regular use.

Why choose this 7-compartment format?
With 7 compartments you have enough room for a weekly planning, a quarterly overview or a categorical arrangement without the folder becoming too thick. The dimensions of 245 x 320 mm are suitable for standard A4 documents. The light blue cardboard gives a professional look that is not too eye-catching.

How does the organisation system work?
The numbers 1-7 are printed on the front, so you can see at a glance which compartments are available. The black index register on the side makes it easy to quickly find the right compartment. This combination of numbering and register ensures that you can always find your documents where you stored them.

Practical usage tips
The elastic closure keeps the folder firmly shut and prevents documents from falling out during transport. At a thickness of just 4 mm, the empty folder easily fits in a desk drawer or between other folders. When filling it, be careful not to overfill the compartments, so that the elastic keeps doing its job.
