When you need a felt-tip pen with a medium tip

The PAPER:MATE Flair Original felt-tip pen with a 1.0 mm tip is ideal for everyday writing, drawing and highlighting. You choose this felt-tip pen when you want a balance between fine details and clearly visible lines. The medium tip makes it suitable for notes, underlining text, colour accents in planners and creative projects.

Why the 1.0 mm tip is the right choice

With its 1.0 mm medium tip, this felt-tip pen sits between fine and bold variants. You have enough control for neat handwriting and small drawings, while the line is thick enough to be clearly visible. This size works excellently on regular paper without you having to worry about bleed-through.

Ink that doesn't bleed through the paper

The biggest advantage of this felt-tip pen is its water-based ink, which doesn't soak through the paper. This means you can use both sides of a sheet of paper without smudges or show-through on the reverse. The ink dries quickly and gives consistent colour output, so your work looks professional.

Practical details for everyday use

The felt-tip pen has a metal clip so you can easily attach it to your pocket or notebook. Both the barrel and the cap are finished in the same light green as the ink, so you can see at a glance which colour you're using. Store the pen horizontally or with the tip facing down to prevent it from drying out.
