When do you choose this product?
What do paper straws do and when do you need them?
Paper straws are the sustainable alternative to plastic straws for serving drinks. You use them in restaurants, cafés, at parties or at events where you want to offer your guests an environmentally friendly way to enjoy cocktails, soft drinks and other cold beverages. Due to legislation on restricting plastic, paper straws are increasingly becoming mandatory in the hospitality sector.
Why this 150 mm length is ideal
At a length of 150 mm, these straws fit perfectly in standard glasses and cups. They are long enough for ordinary drinking glasses but not oversized, which makes them practical for cocktails, lemonades and soft drinks. The 7 mm diameter ensures that both thin and thicker liquids can be easily sipped.
Sustainable material from renewable raw materials
These PAPSTAR straws are made from paper sourced from renewable raw materials. This means you are making an environmentally conscious choice without compromising on functionality. The paper material holds up well enough during normal use with cold drinks.
Practical stock for professional use
With 500 pieces per pack, you have sufficient stock for larger events or busy hospitality periods. A neutral look that suits any setting. Keep the straws dry to preserve the paper structure until the moment of use.
