What does this utility knife do?
A utility knife is indispensable for cutting cardboard, paper, film and other thin materials precisely in office and packaging environments. You need this tool when you regularly have to open parcels, cut materials to size or carry out precision cutting work where an ordinary knife falls short.

Why choose the 9 mm width?
The 9 mm size offers the ideal balance between precision and strength for most office and general cutting tasks. This width is compact enough for detailed work, yet robust enough to cut through sturdier materials such as thick cardboard without the blade bending or breaking.

Advantages of the zinc alloy construction
This knife is made from zinc alloy rather than plastic, which ensures a secure grip and long-lasting usability. The ratchet mechanism holds the blade at the desired length, while the automatic blade locking keeps the blade firmly in place during cutting. The metal blade guide provides extra stability.

Practical maintenance tip
Use the removable end cap to snap off worn blade sections when the knife becomes blunt. By regularly exposing a new sharp segment, you maintain optimal cutting performance. Always store the knife with the blade retracted to prevent accidents and keep the sharpness longer.
