When do you need a size 6 brush?
Brushes are indispensable tools for all kinds of painting and craft work in the office, the classroom or at home. A size 6 brush offers a medium-sized brush head that is suitable for both detailed work and filling slightly larger surfaces. You can use this brush for watercolour, tempera, acrylic paint or other liquid paints.

Why choose the short handle variant?
This Pelikan brush has a short handle, which offers several advantages during your work. The shorter length gives you more control over your brushstrokes and prevents the brush from tipping over into your paint pot. This makes it particularly suitable for precision work and situations where you are working up close, such as small painting projects or detailed illustrations.

Unpainted wooden handle for practical use
The wooden handle is left unpainted, which provides a natural grip and good absorption of any moisture from your hands. This prevents the brush from slipping out of your fingers during use. The wood feels comfortable and the natural finish makes the brush suitable for all working environments, from artistic projects to educational applications.

Compatibility and maintenance
This brush works with all common types of paint that are suitable for natural hair or synthetic fibres. Clean the brush immediately after use with lukewarm water and make sure you gently squeeze out the bristles. Store the brush upright with the tip facing up to extend its lifespan and prevent the brush head from losing its shape.
