When should you choose fountain pen ink?
Fountain pen ink is essential for fountain pens with a piston filling mechanism, where you draw the ink directly from the bottle. This Pelikan Edelstein ink has been specially developed for high-quality fountain pens and offers an exceptional writing experience, as the ink glides smoothly across the paper.

Why this blue-black colour?
This blue-black shade combines the formality of black with the elegance of blue. The colour is ideal for professional use where you want a distinctive yet serious appearance.

Permanent properties
This ink is non-erasable and waterproof, meaning your writing remains permanent. This makes the ink suitable for important documents, signatures and other writing that needs to be durable.

Practical considerations
The 50 ml glass bottle with thick walls ensures safe storage and prevents damage. The glass material maintains the quality of the ink optimally. Before you buy, check whether your fountain pen is suitable for piston filling, as only these pens can draw ink directly from the bottle. Cartridge fountain pens are not compatible with this ink bottle.
