When should you choose a fountain pen?
You use a fountain pen when you write by hand a lot and value writing comfort and character in your handwriting. Fountain pens are ideal for signing important documents, taking notes during long meetings, or when you enjoy writing personal letters or journal entries with a distinctive appearance.

Why the M 200 with a medium nib?
The M 200 is a compact fountain pen that sits perfectly in your hand for everyday use. The medium nib (M) offers the ideal balance between a fine line for detailed writing and sufficient ink flow for a smooth writing experience. This nib size is suitable for both business use and personal correspondence.

Piston mechanism for easy filling
This fountain pen works with Pelikan's classic piston mechanism, whereby you fill the pen by turning the plunger at the back. This system gives you control over how much ink you use and ensures a reliable ink supply. The ink window lets you see exactly how much ink is left in the pen, so you're never caught out by an empty pen.

Durable construction with stylish details
The high-quality body material ensures long-lasting durability, while the gold-plated stainless steel nib retains its writing qualities for years. The distinctive gold-plated Pelikan clip and the gold-plated ring on the filling grip give the pen a professional look that suits both business and formal occasions.
