Why a fountain pen instead of a regular pen?
A fountain pen offers a very different writing experience from disposable or ballpoint pens. Thanks to the smooth ink flow, you can write with less pressure, which puts less strain on your hand during longer writing sessions. The fountain pen is therefore ideal for extensive notes, handwritten letters or calligraphy, where comfort and writing pleasure come first.

Why choose a nib size of M?
The medium nib size (M) is the most versatile choice for everyday use. This width gives you a balanced line that suits both everyday handwriting and decorative lettering. The M nib writes smoothly without becoming too broad for ordinary notes, yet has enough character to give your handwriting personality.

The advantages of the piston mechanism
This Pelikan fountain pen works with a piston mechanism instead of ink cartridges. This system has a larger ink reservoir, so you can write for longer without refilling. The ink window lets you see exactly how much ink is left, so you'll never be caught out by an empty pen during important work.

Perfect as a gift or for yourself
With its pink marbled finish, white cap and gold-plated details, this fountain pen has an elegant, eye-catching appearance. The pen is supplied in a gift box, making it ready to give as a present straight away. The gold-plated stainless steel nib and the snap clip on the cap ensure a high-quality finish that suits both professional and personal use.
