When do you need a learner's fountain pen?
A fountain pen is the ideal next step once you can already write fluently with a pencil and want to move on to ink writing. The Pelikan Griffix is specially developed as a learner's fountain pen with an ergonomic grip zone that keeps your fingers in the correct position while writing.

What does Federbreite L mean?
The L width refers to a broader nib that is suitable for beginners who are still developing their writing technique. A broader nib writes more easily and requires less pressure, which is especially useful during the learning period. The royal blue ink colour is a classic writing colour that is accepted at most schools.

Practical details for immediate use
This fountain pen is supplied with a large-capacity ink cartridge, so you can start writing straight away. The royal blue colour matches well with the blue body of the pen. Please note that when replacing cartridges, you should choose the same royal blue colour to keep your handwriting consistent.
