When do you need a fountain pen for beginners?
This Pelikan Griffix fountain pen has been specially developed as a writing-learning pen for children making the transition from pencil to fountain pen. You choose this type of pen when your child has mastered the basic writing skills and is ready for the next step in their writing development.

Why specifically for right-handed children?
This fountain pen is designed for right-handed use, which means the ergonomic shape and grip zone are tailored to the natural hand position of right-handed writers. The special grip helps your child automatically learn the correct pen grip without you having to stand over them constantly.

What does the ergonomic grip zone mean?
The ergonomic grip zone ensures that small fingers naturally settle in the right place. This prevents cramped little hands and helps develop a relaxed writing posture. The 0.45 mm line width produces a clear blue line that is neither too thick nor too thin for beginning writers.

Practical benefits of this set
You receive two ink cartridges straight away, so your child can start writing immediately. When the first cartridge runs out, you can easily swap it over without interrupting the joy of writing. The black and orange colour combination makes the pen easy to see and appealing to children.
