When do you need a special fountain pen?
As a left-handed person, you often run into problems with ordinary pens: they can smudge, your hand can cramp up, or your handwriting can become illegible. The Pelikan griffix fountain pen is specially designed for left-handers and helps you develop good writing technique. Thanks to its ergonomic design, you automatically take the correct pen grip.

Why choose this left-handed version?
This pen has a special ergonomic grip zone that fits perfectly with the natural hand position of left-handers. Your fingers find the right spot automatically, so you're less likely to cramp and can write more neatly. The blue/neon green colour scheme also makes the pen easily recognisable as your left-handed writing tool.

What does the 0.45 mm line width mean?
The 0.45 mm line width gives a medium-thick stroke that is clearly visible without becoming too thick. This is a practical width for everyday writing, notes and school assignments. The blue ink dries quickly, which is important for left-handers to prevent smudging.

Good to know
You receive 2 ink cartridges with the pen, so you can get started straight away. When the ink runs out, you can easily fit a new cartridge - look for Pelikan ink cartridges that are suitable for this type of writing instrument. Store the pen horizontally or with the nib pointing downwards for optimal ink flow.
