What does this product do?
The Pelikan Griffix fountain pen has been specially developed as a writing training pen for children making the transition from pencil to fountain pen. This ergonomic pen helps teach the correct writing posture and makes writing with ink more accessible for beginner writers.

Why specifically for right-handers?
This fountain pen is specifically designed for right-handed children. The ergonomic grip zone is shaped so that right-handed users automatically hold the pen the correct way. This prevents incorrect grip habits and helps develop a natural, relaxed writing posture.

Ideal line width for pupils
With a line width of 0.45 mm, this fountain pen produces a medium line that is perfect for beginner writers. The blue ink is clearly visible on paper, and the line width ensures that letters are clearly legible without becoming too thick or too thin. This helps children practise neat and consistent handwriting.

Practical starter set
The fountain pen is supplied with 2 ink cartridges, so you can start writing straight away. When the first cartridge runs out, you have a spare cartridge at hand. The cheerful pink and turquoise colours make the pen attractive to children, which can boost their motivation to practise writing.
