What is an ergonomic learner fountain pen?
This Pelikan griffix fountain pen has been specially developed as a handwriting pen for children learning to write with a fountain pen. The ergonomic grip zone helps teach the correct pen grip and makes the transition from pencil to fountain pen smoother. Choose this product when your child is ready for the next step in learning to write.

Why specifically for right-handers?
This fountain pen is designed for right-handed children, with a grip zone that fits perfectly with their natural writing position. The ergonomic shape prevents cramped fingers and helps develop good writing technique. If your child is right-handed, this fountain pen provides the right support.

Practical line width of 0.45 mm
With a line width of 0.45 mm, this fountain pen writes neither too thick nor too thin - ideal for beginner fountain pen users. The blue ink produces clear, easy-to-read lines that are suitable for schoolwork and exercises. This width allows letters to be formed neatly without the pen piercing or leaking.

Ink cartridges and storage benefit
The fountain pen comes with 2 ink cartridges, so you can start writing straight away. The blister pack keeps everything neatly together and protects the fountain pen during transport. So you don't need to buy extra cartridges straight away - the included cartridges provide enough ink to practise well and get used to writing with a fountain pen.
