What is gouache and when do you need it?
Gouache, also known as poster paint, is an opaque watercolour that is perfect for creative projects at school and at home. You use gouache when you want bright, opaque colours that cover well over other materials. This type of paint dries quickly and is easy to mix for new colour combinations.

Why choose a 24-colour box?
With 24 different colours, you have an extensive colour palette at your disposal without having to do much mixing. The variety of colours makes it possible to carry out both basic techniques and more advanced painting projects. You get enough diversity to create naturalistic images or imaginative works of art.

Extra white for optimal mixing
In addition to the 24 colours, this gouache box also contains 7.5 ml of extra opaque white. This extra white paint is handy because white is often the first to run out when mixing lighter shades. You can use it to lighten all the colours and create pastel tones without quickly running through your white paint.

Practical details for everyday use
The box has a name field in the lid, so you can always find your paint set at school or in the classroom. The lid also contains mixing wells that you can use to mix colours without contaminating your main colours. This keeps your workspace tidy and prevents your pure colours from getting dirty while you paint.
