Specially designed for left-handed children, with a soft grip for comfortable cutting. The griffix face helps with the correct hand position, so cutting is easy to learn!
When do you choose this product?
What does this school scissors do?
This Pelikan school scissors has been specially developed to teach children the correct cutting technique. The griffix thumb-and-finger guide on the scissors helps children position their fingers correctly, which is essential for developing good fine motor skills and a proper writing grip later on.
Why choose the left-handed version?
Left-handed children have different needs from right-handed children when it comes to cutting. These scissors are specifically designed for left-handed users, so the blade is on the correct side and children can see better where they are cutting. This prevents frustration and leads to better cutting results.
Advantages of the pointed design
The pointed 150 mm blades make precise cutting possible, which is ideal for detailed work on craft projects or cutting out shapes. You can cut straight lines as well as curves and corners neatly, which is often more difficult with blunt-ended scissors.
Comfort and practical use
The soft grip ensures the scissors sit comfortably in the hand, even during prolonged use. The name plate is handy for school, so the scissors don't get lost. Thanks to the ergonomic shape and the griffix system, children learn the correct way of cutting from the start, which benefits their development.
