When do you choose this product?
Why a writing pencil for beginning writers?
A writing pencil is ideal when your child is learning to write or draw. Unlike ordinary pencils, you can better control the pressure and line thickness. The soft B grade makes it easy to create a line without applying much pressure, which is especially important for children who are still developing their fine motor skills.
Why choose a triangular shape?
The ergonomic triangular shape of this Pelikan writing pencil helps your child learn the correct grip. Thanks to the three flat sides, the thumb, index finger and middle finger automatically sit in the right place. This prevents cramped fingers and gives more control while writing. The triangular shape also rolls off the table less easily than round pencils.
What does the B grade mean?
The B grade stands for a soft pencil lead that produces dark, smooth lines. This is perfect for children because they don't have to press hard to get a clear result. The soft lead glides smoothly over the paper, so writing and drawing take less effort than with harder pencil grades.
Practical details for everyday use
This writing pencil has a special name field where you can write your child's name, which is handy for school. The animal motifs make the pencil appealing, and you can combine different motifs. Please make sure to use a pencil sharpener suitable for triangular pencils, so that the ergonomic shape is preserved.
