Reliable fountain pen ink that writes flawlessly and dries quickly. The glass pot makes topping up easy without spilling ink on your desk.
When do you choose this product?
When do you use ink in a glass bottle?
Ink in a glass bottle is used to refill your fountain pen when it is empty. This traditional method of filling with ink is ideal if you write regularly with a fountain pen and want a constant supply of ink. You dip the pen into the bottle and fill the ink reservoir using the piston mechanism.
The advantages of black ink
Black ink is the most universal colour choice for professional and everyday use. This colour is suitable for all official documents, contracts and correspondence. Black offers a classic, timeless appearance and is acceptable in almost any situation where you write.
Practical tip for use
Make sure your fountain pen is suitable for refilling with loose ink from a bottle. Not all fountain pens have a piston mechanism – some only work with ink cartridges. Keep the glass bottle on a stable surface to prevent spills, and always close the bottle tightly to avoid the ink drying out.

Dex knows - user tips
Pelikan ink works best if you let the pen run for a moment on a scrap of paper after filling it, so that the ink flows properly. Store the bottle upright and out of reach of children.
