This is why Dex likes this article
This opaque ink is ideal for detailed and drawing work with dip pens, technical pens or brushes. Perfect for your creative projects where you want to work with precision.
When do you choose this product?
What does opaque ink do?
Opaque ink is used for making corrections, highlights or decorative accents in your drawings and designs. Unlike regular ink, which is transparent, opaque ink allows you to work on dark surfaces without the underlayer showing through.
Perfect compatibility with drawing tools
This Pelikan ink has been specially developed for use with drawing pens, brush tips and drawing nibs. Thanks to its adjusted viscosity, the ink flows evenly from your tool without clumping or covering unevenly. This makes it suitable for both fine linework and filling larger areas.
Practical tip for optimal use
Always stir the ink well before you begin, so that the opaque properties are evenly distributed. Close the pot immediately after use to prevent it from drying out. For the best result, let each layer dry completely before applying a new one, especially when layering multiple coats.

Use this ink with a clean drawing pen, nib or brush for the best result. Let any applied line dry thoroughly before drawing over it or erasing, so your work doesn't smudge.
