When should you choose a fountain pen with piston filling?
A fountain pen with piston filling works with a plunger system that lets you draw ink directly from an ink bottle. This makes the pen ideal for frequent writers who produce a lot of text every day, such as for journaling, correspondence or extensive note-taking. The M 215 is perfect if you are looking for a reliable writing companion that is more economical than disposable cartridges.

Why choose a broad nib (B)?
The broad nib of this Pelikan produces a rich, expressive line that is particularly suitable for signatures, calligraphy or decorative writing. Your handwriting gains more character and visibility on paper. This nib size works best on smooth, high-quality paper and is less suitable for small handwriting or forms with small boxes.

Durable construction with metal body
The metal barrel and cap make for a solid, long-lasting pen that withstands daily use. The polished stainless steel nib guarantees an even ink flow, while the plastic grip section and end piece provide comfort while writing. The silver rings give the pen a classic, professional look.

Practical delivery in a presentation box
The fountain pen is supplied in a presentation box, so you can use it straight away as a gift or store it neatly. For optimal use, you will need a separate bottle of Pelikan ink, as the piston mechanism works with loose ink rather than cartridges. Keep the pen in good condition by flushing it periodically with clean water.
