When do you choose a fountain pen over other writing instruments?
You choose a fountain pen when you value writing comfort and a personal writing experience. Fountain pens glide more smoothly over paper than ballpoint pens and give your handwriting more character. They are ideal for long writing sessions, signing important documents, or for people who enjoy calligraphy.

Why this anthracite grey PURA fountain pen?
This Pelikan fountain pen has an anodised aluminium body that is scratch-resistant, so it retains its neat appearance for a long time. The anthracite grey colour gives a stylish, professional look that suits both business and personal use. The high-gloss chrome-plated clip and nib provide elegant details that complete the design.

What does the M nib mean for your writing style?
The M (medium) nib is the most versatile choice for everyday use. This stainless steel nib writes neither too thick nor too thin, making it suitable for different types of paper and writing styles. Whether you're taking notes, filling in forms or writing letters, the M nib delivers a consistent line width that is easy to read.

Practical filling and presentation
This fountain pen works with Pelikan's comfortable cartridge filling system, which means you can easily replace ink cartridges without any hassle. You receive the fountain pen in a presentation box, making it ready to give as a gift or for neat storage. Be sure to use compatible Pelikan ink cartridges for the best writing performance.
