What does this fountain pen refill do?
A fountain pen refill provides your fountain pen with ink again, so you can write with it. This Pelikan fountain pen refill has been specially developed for Pelikano and Twist fountain pens from the same brand. You need this refill when your fountain pen is empty and you want to write with the same pen again.

Why choose the F (fine) nib?
The F nib stands for "fein", which means fine. This thin line width is ideal when you need to write a lot of text in a limited space or when you want neat, controlled line work. With a fine nib you get less ink flow and can write more precisely than with broader nibs.

Compatibility with your fountain pen
This fountain pen refill fits only Pelikan Pelikano and Twist pen models. It is important to first check whether your fountain pen is one of these two models, as fountain pen refills are not universally interchangeable between different brands or model ranges. Other Pelikan fountain pen models may use different refill types.

Practical tip for identification
You can recognise this refill by the reference number 300011494, which is the new code. If you still have an old packaging, it may also show 972612 or P 460 F – these are all the same refill. Keep the empty refill until you are sure the new one works properly, so that you can check the type if necessary.
