What is a gel roller and when do you use one?
A gel roller combines the best of a ballpoint pen and a felt-tip pen. You use this pen when you want smooth writing without pressing hard, but still need the precision of a ballpoint. The gel ink dries quickly and delivers a constant ink flow, so your handwriting looks neat.

Why choose the 0.35 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.35 mm you write extra-fine lines, ideal for detailed work such as technical drawings, small notes in diaries or filling in forms with limited space. The 0.7 mm ball diameter ensures stable ink delivery with this fine line width.

Sustainable investment thanks to refillability
This gel roller is refillable with the LR7-A replacement refill, so you can use the pen for a long time without having to buy a new one each time. The silver/black design with metal clip looks professional, and the comfort grip zone prevents fatigue during extended writing. The cap protects the tip from drying out.

Practical compatibility
For refilling you specifically need the Pentel LR7-A refill. This fits both the BL57-A and BL57-AO versions of this pen. Store the pen horizontally or with the tip pointing downwards to maintain optimal ink flow, and make sure you always replace the cap after use.
