When do you need a gel rollerball refill?
You replace a gel rollerball refill when your current pen no longer writes or the ink is nearly used up. Gel rollerball pens combine the convenience of a ballpoint with the smooth writing experience of a gel pen. You'll notice you need a new refill from irregular ink flow or lighter lines.

Why choose a 0.25 mm writing width?
With a writing width of 0.25 mm, you create very fine, precise lines that are ideal for detailed work. This thin line is perfect for small handwriting, technical drawings, or when you need to write a lot of text in limited space. The needle tip provides extra precision at the start of every line.

How does the gel roller technology work?
This refill has a 0.5 mm ball diameter that spreads the gel ink smoothly across the paper. The gel ink dries quickly and gives a bright blue colour without bleeding through. Thanks to the needle tip, you get a consistent line from the very first contact with the paper.

Checking compatibility
This LRN5-C refill fits specifically in the Pentel EnerGel BLN35 and BLN75 pens. Check the model number on your pen before ordering – both reference codes LRN5-C and LRN5-CX refer to the same refill. Other Pentel models may use a different refill type, so pay close attention to compatibility.
