When do you need a gel refill?
A gel refill is used to make your empty Pentel gel pens writing-ready again. Gel refills are ideal if you often take notes or sign documents, because gel ink dries faster than standard ballpoint ink and bleeds through thin paper less.

Why choose a 0.5 mm writing width?
This refill has a writing width of 0.5 mm, which gives a fine line suitable for detailed writing. With a ball diameter of 1.0 mm you get a steady ink flow without the tip becoming too thick for precision work in small handwriting or on forms.

Black gel for professional use
Black ink is the standard for business documents and official papers. Gel combines the smoothness of a rollerball with the quick drying time of a regular ballpoint, so you are less likely to get smudges and show-through.

Checking compatibility is essential
This LR10-AX refill fits specifically in Pentel EnerGel pens and the models BL110, BL80 and BL60. Always check the model number of your pen before ordering, because not all Pentel refills are interchangeable. You can usually find the model number on the clip or the body of your pen.
