What does this product do?
The Pentel Pointliner is a fineliner with a 0.1 mm tip, specially developed for precision work. You use this pen when you need to draw very fine lines, such as in technical drawing, detailed drawings, architectural sketches or art projects where accuracy is essential.

Why exactly 0.1 mm?
With the 0.1 mm tip, you create the thinnest possible lines for maximum precision. This thickness is ideal when you need to draw a lot of detail on a small surface or when you need sharp, professional lines. The fine tip gives you full control over line thickness and detail.

Waterproof properties
This fineliner contains black, pigmented ink that is waterproof and lightfast. This means your drawings won't blur when they get wet, and the colours won't fade from sunlight or fluorescent lighting. Your work therefore stays clear and sharp for years, which is crucial for archiving or presentations.

Practical combination options
A handy feature is that you can combine this fineliner with water-based products such as watercolour paint or water-soluble pens. You can first draw your outlines with the Pointliner and then colour in with watercolour, without the black lines running. This makes the pen versatile for mixed-media projects.
