When do you need refills for your mechanical pencil?
These refills are essential when your mechanical pencil runs out and you want to carry on writing or drawing. With 40 pieces in one pack, you have a long-lasting supply, which is ideal for heavy use at the office, at school or while sketching.

Why choose a 0.5 mm diameter?
The 0.5 mm diameter gives you the perfect balance between precision and visibility. This diameter is thin enough for accurate writing and detailed drawings, yet thick enough to produce clearly legible text. It is the most commonly used standard diameter for mechanical pencils.

What does the 4B grade mean?
The 4B designation stands for a soft graphite composition that produces an intense black line. These refills give you a scratch-free writing feel that glides smoothly across the paper. Because of the soft composition, the line is darker than with harder variants, ensuring good contrast on paper.

Practical storage tip for long-term use
The refills are supplied in a box with a rotating lid, so you can store them neatly and keep them organised. When ordering, check the reference code C275-4BO to make sure you receive the right refills that are compatible with your Pentel mechanical pencil.
