When do you need a ballpoint refill?
You use a ballpoint refill when your favourite ballpoint pen has run out but the pen itself still works perfectly. Instead of buying a new pen, you simply replace the refill. This is economical and better for the environment, especially with quality pens that you want to keep using.

Which PILOT pens is this refill suitable for?
This RFN-GG refill fits the PILOT models BP-S, BPE-GP and Super Grip G CAP. It is important to use exactly this refill, as different pen models require different refill types. The wrong refill will not fit properly or will not function optimally.

What does the 0.27 mm line width mean?
The 0.27 mm line width gives a medium writing experience - neither too thin nor too thick. This size is ideal for everyday use such as taking notes, filling in forms and correspondence. The ink is also documentary-proof, which means that written text cannot easily be erased or faded.

Practical tip for replacing
Always check the exact model of your PILOT pen before purchasing. You can usually find this printed on the pen itself. This refill has reference number 524585 and replaces the older version 138690. Keep the packaging with the article number, so that you can be sure of choosing the right refill when you next order.
