When do you need a document-proof ballpoint pen?

You use a document-proof ballpoint pen when you need to sign or complete important documents that must be kept for a long time. The PILOT BPS-Matic ensures that your signature and text do not fade or disappear over time, which is essential for contracts, official forms and other legal documents.

Why choose a 0.27 mm line width?

With a line width of 0.27 mm, you write precisely and neatly, which is especially handy when filling in small boxes on forms or making detailed notes. This medium point gives you enough control for accurate writing without the line becoming too thin for everyday use.

Advantage of the transparent design

The transparent body lets you see at a glance how much ink is left in the pen. This means you will never be caught out by an empty pen at important moments, and you can prepare a new pen in good time. This is particularly practical in professional situations where reliability is crucial.

Practical tip for optimal use

Store document-proof pens such as this PILOT BPS-Matic at room temperature and make sure the cap is firmly in place when you are not using the pen. This prevents the ink from drying out and ensures the document-proof properties are maintained. Test the pen regularly on a scrap of paper to be sure it writes well before you sign important documents.
