Made a mistake? Simply erase it with the handy eraser. This rollerball pen writes fluidly with a fine 0.35 mm tip and is refillable, so you'll enjoy it for a long time. Its matte, high-quality design also sits pleasantly in the hand.
When do you choose this product?
When should you choose an erasable rollerball pen?
The PILOT FRIXION BALL ZONE is ideal when you want to write with the smoothness of a rollerball pen but still be able to correct mistakes. Perfect for notes, planning, drawings or projects where you regularly make changes without crossing out or using correction fluid.
Why choose the 0.35 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.35 mm you get a fine, precise line suited to detailed writing and drawings. This width offers more control than thicker variants and is ideal for small handwriting or when you need to fit a lot of text into limited space.
How does the thermosensitive ink work?
The thermosensitive ink disappears through friction heat when you rub it with the eraser at the back of the pen. The black ink becomes completely invisible without leaving any paper residue. Heat from around 60°C makes the writing disappear, and cold from around -10°C brings the written text back.
Practical benefits of this model
This pen is refillable, so you can keep using it for a long time by fitting new refills. The matt plastic body with metal ring and stainless steel tip ensures a comfortable grip and durability. Thanks to the push-button mechanism on the metal clip, the pen is quickly ready for use.

Dex knows - user tips
The ink in this Pilot pen is thermosensitive: rubbing over your written text with the eraser at the end of the pen removes the ink through heat. So keep documents you want to keep away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or a warm car, otherwise the text may fade on its own.
