What does a Frixion Ball rollerball pen do?
The PILOT Frixion Ball is a unique rollerball pen that writes with friction-sensitive ink. You use this pen for everyday writing, with the great advantage that you can erase mistakes straight away by rubbing over the text with the eraser on the back. This makes the pen ideal for notes, jottings and documents where you want to be able to make corrections.

Why choose this 0.7 mm version?
This rollerball has a 0.7 mm tip that produces a line width of 0.35 mm. This size offers a good balance between precision and legibility. The line is thin enough for neat handwriting and detailed work, but not so thin that writing becomes laborious on ordinary paper.

How does erasing work?
The friction-sensitive ink becomes invisible due to the heat generated when rubbing. You only need to rub over the text a few times with the specially designed eraser at the end of the pen. The ink disappears without paper residue or damage, so your document stays neat.

Practical tip for use
Please note that erased text can become visible again in extreme cold (for example in the freezer). This is normal and reversible: at room temperature the text disappears again. Therefore, store documents written with Frixion ink in a place with a stable temperature, and do not use the pen for important documents that must remain permanent.
