What is an erasable colouring pen?
An erasable colouring pen is ideal when you want the flexibility to correct mistakes while writing, drawing or highlighting. This type of pen uses thermosensitive ink that responds to friction and heat, so you can erase your writing completely without leaving any residue behind.

Why choose a 0.63 mm line width?
The 0.63 mm line width offers a medium line thickness that is versatile in use. This thickness is suitable for both detailed writing and highlighting text. You get sufficient visibility without the line becoming too thick for precise work.

How does the thermosensitive ink work?
The thermosensitive ink in this PILOT FRIXION pen becomes invisible through frictional heat. When you rub the integrated eraser in the cap over the ink, it disappears because of the heat generated. The advantage is that you get no eraser residue as with ordinary pencils, and the paper stays smooth and clean.

Practical features for everyday use
The polyester tip ensures a consistent ink flow and lasts a long time with regular use. The integrated eraser in the cap means you can always erase straight away without needing separate eraser material. Note that extreme temperatures can affect the visibility of the ink, so store the pen at room temperature for optimal performance.
